I’ve got to stop pinning food late at night…it’s killing me.I’m not a big football fan. I’d say it’s probably my favorite of all professional sports but honestly, that’s not saying much. I do however love Superbowl Sunday because I have a major love affair with good appetizers. I love going to restaurants & just ordering apps for dinner.

Superbowl gives you total carte blanche to eat every gooey, cheesy, saucy bit of goodness served. I put together a pinterest board with a some of my go-to apps for Sunday’s game. Pioneer Woman’s BBQ whiskey sliders & the caramel apple shots are definitely must tries for me. Ughh, these pictures are killing me! MUST FIND MELTED CHEESE NOWWW!

Impressive New Construction On Hilton Head

Our office had the opportunity to visit Jarvis Creek Club today. I’ve driven by this community several times but had no idea what was behind the gates. I’m so glad we had this opportunity. This little tucked away neighborhood on Hilton Head offers new homes with marsh front sites. Where else on Hilton Head can you get a new home ranging from the $250’s to $450’s with marsh views? The community will have a private, gated entrance, a community picnic area, community pool and lamp lit streets. The POA fees are extremely low for Hilton Head, only $715/year. They offer 4 plans ranging from 1800 sq ft. to 2570 sq ft. Each model includes spacious upper and lower decks, 5 star stainless appliances,  9’ ceilings, moldings, and Hardi ColorPlus cement siding and trim, just to name a FEW. The model was gorgeous.  I took a few pictures while I was there and have included them. If you have any interest in this fabulous new community on Hilton Head, give us a call at 843-681-5600.

The model we were in was the Coligny. It's about 2300 sq. ft. A spacious foyer welcomes you to this model. To the right was the study/formal living room, and dining room which connects to the kitchen. Chair rail and wainscoting are included in the dining room and foyer of all the homes. To the left was the great room and eat-in kitchen.

Just off the eat-in kitchen and great room was an amazing porch. It was big enough to include another dining table on one side and a seating area with flat screen on the other side.

The 3 bedrooms were located upstairs. I especially liked the landing area with the built in desks. This seemed like a great space for kids or your home office.

This Week In Review, January 8th - 15th

What an amazing week we've had. Business is great and the weather has been amazing. The nights have been equally as exceptional. Anyone get a chance to see the stars? I absolutely love living in the lowcountry! I’m a lucky girl.
We’re excited for a little office get together and oyster roast this weekend. Again, perfect weather and who can resist a fire in the firepit and an oyster roast? Can’t wait to spend some time with friends and toast up some marshmallows.
