What a great way to spend our Independence Day

I had the opportunity to spend this past July 4th at a home that we currently have listed with our real estate brokerage. I must say that it is an absolutely beautiful home! What a great entertaining space. There were kids playing corn hole along the side of the house, boys running with poppers, couples chatting in warmly lit rooms, and friends dining and enjoying the views from the many decks. Every room of the home was filled with smiling faces and friends having fun. This is what we all dream our parties to be like. What a great way to spend the 4th. When it was time for the fireworks, we transcended to the third level deck where we could see 180 degrees of fireworks from all over Hilton Head. Then it was time for the Shelter Cover fireworks. We were front and center for those. Amazing!!! As I was spending time in the beautiful home, I was reminded of why we move to Hilton Head and why we are so drawn to the marshes and creeks of the Lowcountry. There are not many communities on Hilton Head like this one. I find Crosswinds to be a quaint waterfront community with lamp lit tabby streets, custom built homes and a sense of amity throughout. For more information on this home, call Lonnie Goulet @ 843-338-0094.

More Shelter Cove fireworks.

And some of us partied too much.
Hope you all had a wonderful 4th of July!
