Windmill Harbour Market Report ~ February 2013

We are happy to report that we have seen lots of activity this year in our quaint marina community, Windmill Harbour. In the past few weeks, the office has had a flurry of walk in visitors as well as web inquiries and calls. The $300,000-$500,000 range has been steady but we are now seeing million dollar homes go under contract and close. We are finding that clients are starting to look in those higher ranges. We are grateful that our community has something to offer everyone - all price ranges, waterfront, harbourfront, courtyard homes, villas, homesites, and boatslips.
